taught many people his
craft. Frank's work is sold
at the "Baltimore Museum of
Art," The Visionary Art
Museum in Baltimore City,

Street in Washington, D.C.
He is a member of the

"After a life threatening
motorcycle accident put me
in a wheelchair, I began to
roll, twist, and fold up
paper into for therapy."
"Now this therapy has become
beautiful art." "Please
enjoy!"
